How many locations do you have?
Three: Bogotá (Castellana Forum building, Cra. 45A # 95-37), Villeta (Calle 5 # 6-34) and La Vega (Calle 19 # 3-70, Local 3). Choose whichever is most convenient for you.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at all three clinics.
How do I book an appointment?
Use the booking form on this website, message us on WhatsApp or call us. We confirm the date and time the same way.
Do you treat children?
Yes, we see patients of all ages, including children from age 3.
Do you handle emergencies?
If you are in pain or have an emergency, message or call us: we will do our best to give you a priority appointment the same day.
Treatments
How long does orthodontic treatment take?
Usually between 12 and 24 months, depending on the case. At your first visit we give you a personalized diagnosis.
Is teeth whitening safe?
Yes, when performed by a professional with certified products and supervision throughout the process.
Do dental implants last a lifetime?
With good care and check-ups, implants can last for decades. They are the most durable way to replace missing teeth.
What are Dubai Style veneers?
It is our smile design with ultra-thin ceramic veneers that improve the color, shape and harmony of your teeth.
Payments and insurance
Do you accept insurance?
We work with several insurers. Message us to check whether your plan covers treatment at our clinics.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we offer flexible payment options so cost isn't an obstacle to your oral health. Ask about the options available.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, debit and credit cards, and bank transfers. Please confirm availability at each clinic.
International patients
Can I start the process from abroad?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with photos of your smile and, if you have them, recent X-rays; we will guide you before you travel.
How many days should I stay in Colombia?
It depends on the treatment. After reviewing your case we give you an estimated timeframe so you can plan your trip.
Will you pick me up at the airport?
Yes. As part of your international plan we can arrange pickup at Bogotá’s El Dorado Airport, your lodging and your transfers.
Can you help me find a place to stay?
Yes. We help you find and book lodging in Bogotá, Villeta or La Vega based on your budget and treatment plan.
