1. Who we are
This website belongs to Luna González Dental Health Center S.A.S., a dental clinic with locations in Bogotá, Villeta and La Vega, Colombia. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Health information
Treatment information on this site is general and for guidance only. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace an in-person professional assessment. Every treatment plan is defined after a clinical exam.
3. Appointment requests
Requests sent through the website or WhatsApp are not confirmed appointments: your appointment is booked once we confirm it. If you can't attend, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient.
4. Prices and quotes
Treatment fees are provided after your assessment, in a written quote or treatment plan stating its validity, payment terms and conditions. Information on this site is not a price offer.
5. Results and informed consent
Dentistry is an obligation of means: our team brings all its knowledge, care and technology to your treatment, but results also depend on biological factors and your aftercare. Before each procedure we explain the benefits, risks and alternatives, and you sign an informed consent form.
6. Health advertising
Case images and testimonials show real patients who consented to their publication. They are shown for reference and do not guarantee the same result for others.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, photos, videos, logos and designs on this site belong to Luna González or their owners and are protected by law. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Patient photos may not be copied or shared under any circumstances.
8. Third-party links
The site links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Waze and social media. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Patient services
You can submit requests, complaints, claims and suggestions in our requests section. As a health-services user you may also contact the local Health Department or Colombia's National Health Superintendency.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, including Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Protection Statute) where applicable. We may update them; the current version is the one published on this site.
